Complete documentation package<\/h3>\n

We take care of the full scope\u2014from design and mechanical calculations to the preparation of a complete documentation package.
Working closely with notified bodies, we manage the entire certification process to ensure compliance and CE marking.<\/p>\n

Advanced software<\/h3>\n

For pressure vessel calculations, we use advanced tools such as Hexagon VVD (Visual Vessel Design) and Hexagon PV Elite CX, primarily applying standards like EN 13445, AD 2000 Merkbl\u00e4tter, or ASME VIII Div. 1.
This guarantees that all pressure equipment meets the requirements of PED 2014\/68\/EU.<\/p>\n

Complex designs and finite element analysis (FEA)<\/h3>\n

For special or non-standard designs where standard calculation software is not applicable, we typically carry out finite element analysis (FEA).
This method allows for in-depth evaluation and validation of the design, ensuring structural integrity and performance under pressure and load.
