Hermetically sealed design
These sanitary magnetic agitators feature a hermetically sealed, aseptic design where torque is transmitted without direct contact via magnetic fields. With no shaft entering the tank and no mechanical seals, the risk of leakage or microbial contamination is completely eliminated.
Excellent CIP/SIP performance
The agitators are specifically engineered to meet the high demands of cleanability. A key design feature is the open area between the rotor and the welded flange, along with the open impeller design. The complete separation between the inside of the tank and the external environment makes these agitators ideal for CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) processes in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and food sectors.
