Innovative springless design
IMI PBM’s springless check valves feature an innovative design that eliminates the risk of media entrapment and particle generation often associated with conventional spring-loaded valves.

Hygienic and durable valve design
These check valves operate without internal springs or guides, enhancing hygiene and reducing maintenance requirements. Both vertical and horizontal models are designed with a split body and sanitary clamp connections, making them suitable for use in clean processes. USP Class VI seals ensure compatibility with demanding applications.

Reliable operation under varying pressures and temperatures
The check valves are engineered to withstand pressures from full vacuum up to 16 bar, depending on size. The temperature range spans from -23°C to 150°C, making them suitable for both cold and hot process environments.

Safe and efficient flow control
Valve bodies are clearly marked with flow direction to ensure proper installation and operation. Sealing materials are available in USP Class VI elastomers and FDA-compliant options, making these valves suitable for pharmaceutical and food applications.
