Process monitoring
The Canty BioCam and accompanying software enable comprehensive process monitoring. The cameras are mounted directly on the tank, capturing the entire production cycle.
This allows operators to keep a constant eye on what’s happening inside the tank – whether it’s unwanted foam formation, poor ingredient mixing, tank level control, or ensuring that agitators are functioning properly. A faulty agitator with imbalance or backlash will be quickly detected through the video footage.

Complete documentation
This type of camera-based process surveillance offers full documentation of whether the process has proceeded correctly. The associated video recordings are stored and can be retrieved for verification – whether required by third parties or in the case of a production error.
If a fault occurs, technicians can review the video frame by frame to pinpoint the exact cause of the issue.

Custom software to prevent production errors
The cameras can be delivered with software customized to your specific process. In other words, the software can be programmed for precise monitoring and control tasks tailored to your application.
By setting predefined parameters, the system continuously checks whether the process stays within the expected limits. If not, the operator can be alerted via email, SMS, or on-screen warning in the control room.
This allows for immediate corrective action – potentially saving a batch from becoming a production failure.

The camera uses built-in strobe LED lighting, optimized for efficient operation without disturbing light-sensitive processes.
Its compact, all-in-one design is hygienic and requires only a single external power supply. An integrated heater prevents condensation on the glass, ensuring a consistently clear image.
