Safe instrument isolation
IMI PBM’s sanitary Igenix® Block & Bleed instrument block valves are designed to provide reliable and secure isolation of instruments during maintenance. The valves allow venting of the system before instrument removal, enhancing operator safety.
Pressure relief and process control
Whereas standard instrument block valves maintain pressure at the instrument even when closed, PBM’s sanitary block & bleed valve is designed to prevent pressure build-up near the instrument. When closed, the valve isolates the instrument from the system and enables safe disconnection.
Innovative design for enhanced functionality
The valve features the Adjust-O-Seal® design, allowing both process isolation and instrument venting to ensure optimal operation in sanitary environments.
