NASH medium capacity liquid ring vacuum pumps provide robust, single-stage vacuum and compression performance across a wide range of industrial applications. The series includes SC, 2BE1, Vectra GL, and Vectra XL models, with capacities from 30 to 22,500 m³/h (30 – 13,000 ACFM) and vacuum levels down to 33 mbar abs. These pumps are engineered for demanding environments including chemical processing, oil & gas, food & beverage, pulp & paper, and power generation.

Flexible, compact design
Designed for 2-in-1 operation as both vacuum pump and compressor, the pumps reduce equipment requirements and simplify installation. Available in both monoblock and frame-mounted configurations, these pumps are self-priming and adaptable to a wide range of systems.

Rugged, low-maintenance operation
NASH medium capacity pumps are built for continuous, heavy-duty operation. With only one moving part (the rotor), internal wear is minimized. Proprietary features, such as variable conical porting, enhance efficiency across the full operating range, particularly at deep vacuum levels. Shaft sealing options include stuffing box (standard) or single/double mechanical seals.

Corrosion resistance and sanitary compatibility
Available in cast iron, ductile iron, or stainless steel, the pumps deliver high resistance to aggressive media. Magnetically driven versions provide hermetically sealed, zero-leakage operation for hazardous, toxic, or high-purity applications.

Efficient and quiet performance
Medium capacity models operate quietly, typically below 75 dBA, and require no oil lubrication or filters, ensuring clean, continuous operation.
