KPA’s KM2 series is developed in accordance with the strictest hygiene and sterilisation guidelines and is ideal for pharmaceutical, biochemical, and cosmetic industries. These pumps are engineered to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sterility. All wetted parts are made from electropolished stainless steel AISI 316L, ensuring maximum cleanability and exceptional corrosion resistance.

Impressive performance
With a maximum flow capacity of up to 15 m³/h (at 50 Hz) and a maximum pressure of 11 bar (at 50 Hz), the KM2 series delivers impressive results. These pumps have a maximum motor power of 7.5 kW and can handle media temperatures up to 130°C as well as operating pressures up to 16 bar gauge.

Applications
The KM2 series is widely used for supply and rinse systems for WFI (Water for Injection) and PW (Purified Water), ultrafiltration, dialysis, as well as filling and rinsing machines and CIP cleaning processes.

Modular design
The KM2 pumps feature a modular construction and use common wear parts across several sizes. They are easy to assemble and disassemble and offer a wide range of options, including integrated frequency converters, steam barrier seals, and pole-changeable electric motors.
The pump can be supplied mounted on a motor base, a stainless steel frame, or in a vertical configuration.
