The unique Adjust-O-Seal® feature allows in-line valve adjustment to compensate for seat wear over time. With no O-rings to replace, these valves offer low maintenance costs and extended operational life.

Optimized cleaning and vacuum rating
Designed to seal fully both upstream and downstream, the valves ensure complete cleaning, flushing, and draining of the valve body. They are fully vacuum-rated and comply with ASME BPE standards.

Flexible customization options
A variety of options are available, including automation and control configurations such as a patented locking handle, self-flushing ball (which fully cleans the internal cavity during CIP), and clean steam and trap designs.

User-friendly design and high precision
The valves feature a three-piece swing-out body design that simplifies service and maintenance. The stem assembly is actuator-compatible, ensuring precise alignment and extended cycle life. Additionally, the True-Bore® design ensures the valve bore matches tubing or hose connections for optimal flow.

Surface finish and electropolishing
To meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality, the valves can be delivered with various mechanical surface finishes and electropolishing, minimizing the risk of contamination and facilitating easier cleaning.
