Construction
A precision-aligned pair of gears housed within the unit forms the measuring element. As the liquid flows through the meter, it causes the gears to rotate. The rotation is detected contactlessly by a pickup sensor, which converts it into digital pulses.
Suitable for all types of liquids
VS gear flow meters can be used for all types of liquids with some lubricating properties, such as gasoline, mineral oils, paints, greases, resins, and many others.
Materials
The flow meters are available in cast iron and stainless steel, making them suitable for various industrial applications. They can also handle temperatures up to +210°C, ideal for measuring high-temperature liquids such as heated oils and other viscous media.
