Functional Specification (FS)
We prepare a detailed Functional Specification (FS) to ensure your requirements are clearly documented and approved before PLC programming begins.
The FS describes the technical process operations for each unit and defines the specific functional requirements for the control system.
FAT, SAT, and system documentation
The FS serves not only as a programming guide, but also as the foundation for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and the system manual.
This ensures a smooth and efficient implementation and reliable system operation.
Integrated control systems
Our automation solutions are typically PLC-based, featuring local functionality (HMI), control panels, and motor control centers – often fully integrated into a Distributed Control System (DCS).
These units can operate independently with local control panels, PLC/controllers, HMI, and protective devices.
The PLC system can be equipped with an Ethernet interface, making data (inputs/outputs, values, alarms, events) accessible for integration into a DCS.
Control systems can be delivered in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
