Seal maintenance services
We perform both on-site and workshop-based service and maintenance of mechanical shaft seals and sealing systems.
Our services include:
- Inspection of sealing systems
- Technical advice on sealing solution
- Disassembly and installation of shaft seals
- In-house refurbishment including:
- Disassembly and cleaning
- Glass bead blasting and polishing
- Inspection and evaluation of all parts
- Grinding and lapping of seal faces
- Flatness control of seal faces
- Assembly and replacement of worn components
- Final quality control including test run and pressure testing (for cartridge seals)
- Documentation, such as test reports and material certificates in compliance with EN1935/2004/FDA, etc.
We also offer service agreements to help prevent costly downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Urgent repair with 24-hour response
Unplanned downtime can be extremely costly. That’s why we offer urgent repair of mechanical seals and seal faces with next-day turnaround—provided the required spare parts are in stock.
