Industrial Process Camera
Camera Systems for Monitoring Processes in Tanks and Other Process Equipment
Canty’s industrial process camera is designed to monitor and record processes inside tanks and other closed process equipment.
These video recordings can be used for real-time monitoring, process control, and documentation of the entire production cycle.

Process monitoring
The camera, with its integrated light source, is easily mounted onto the tank and immediately begins recording all activity within the process. This allows for close observation from start to finish.
All video footage can be stored on a hard drive for documentation purposes. Recordings can also be reviewed retrospectively to determine the root cause of any process deviations or failures.
The system is suitable for a wide range of industries and applications.
Software with control and alarm functions
The system offers various software features that enable process operators to configure control settings and alarms, supporting more efficient process management.
Lack of proper monitoring and control is often a direct cause of costly production errors.
Integrated and secure housing
The camera system is supplied with a built-in power supply and light source and can be delivered in an IP66-rated, explosion-proof and/or flameproof housing, depending on application needs.
The camera is compatible with CantyVision™ software, which supports automatic process measurement and control via OPC or 4–20 mA output.
Optional alarm systems can be configured to notify operators when measurement data exceeds predefined control thresholds.
Versatile applications
The camera system is highly versatile and can be used across various industries – for instance, to monitor fill levels or observe liquid and foam levels in crystallizers and fermenters.
It is also well suited for applications involving hazardous materials where remote monitoring is required for safety reasons.
The system can be connected to process equipment via flange, Tri-Clamp, or NA-connect.
