Unique flexibility
The AMODA-V shut-off and drain valves from AAS are advanced high-pressure valves designed for efficient isolation and drainage of media under demanding operating conditions. Their modular construction provides unique flexibility, allowing wear parts to be quickly and easily replaced without the need to replace the entire valve.
Cost savings
The valve design allows for replacement of the upper or lower valve body parts without affecting plant operation. This reduces both maintenance time and costs while ensuring more economical spare parts management. Additionally, the design supports standardization, minimizing the need for large spare parts inventories.
Three modular versions
To meet various applications, the valve is available in three modules, each featuring the same valve bonnet:
- Module 1: DN 10-25 / PN 40-500
- Module 2: DN 32-50 / PN 40-500
- Module 3: DN 65-80 / PN 40-500
Features
The AMODA-V is engineered to operate at pressures up to 600 bar and temperatures ranging from -10°C to +650°C.
