Low-maintenance performance
With no mechanical seal to service, the AMR agitators offer exceptional reliability and simplified maintenance. The agitator shaft is supported by dry-running ceramic ball bearings located inside the sealed housing, ensuring wear resistance and extended uptime.
Flexible impeller configuration
The AMR series supports nearly any type of impeller, depending on process requirements. Impellers can either be welded to the shaft or attached using sanitary clamping systems, providing both strength and easy cleanability.
Tank connection options
Mounting configurations can be tailored to your process needs. Options include TriClamp, NAC, or custom flange types depending on pressure, sterility, or industry standards.
Two configurations available
AMRe – External Magnetic Coupling
This version features an external magnetic coupling for hermetic separation. A side port allows venting and also enables CIP/SIP sterilization of the coupling chamber.
AMRi – Internal Magnetic Coupling
In this version, the magnetic coupling is located inside the tank. The shaft runs in dry ceramic bearings that are fully exposed to the product zone, making them easy to clean and sterilize as part of the overall process.
