Unique feature

Advanced features
These ball valves are rated for full vacuum and feature a robust three-piece valve body with full bore.
Full upstream and downstream sealing enables complete cleaning, flushing, and drainage of the valve body.
The stem assembly is actuator-mount compatible, ensuring precise adjustment and extended service life.

Customization options
IMI PBM’s ball valves can be supplied with various options to meet specific requirements, including CIP and drain connections as well as a patented locking handle for added safety. To minimize dead zones where media can accumulate and potentially contaminate the process, the valves can be fitted with packing material that reduces cavities behind the ball. Additionally, valves with V-ball design are available for precise flow control, and a wide range of automation and control options can be integrated.

Fire safe valves for enhanced safety
IMI PBM’s SP series ball valves are available as fire safe certified solutions for use with flammable media in industrial process environments.
These valves are API-607 certified and equipped with a metal back-up seat that ensures sealing against the ball even if the standard PTFE seats melt during a fire. This metal-to-metal seal reduces leakage risk in extreme situations.
