Combined with Canty’s camera monitoring systems, this lighting makes it possible to detect unwanted foam formation, agitator malfunctions, poor ingredient mixing, and even perform visual level checks.

The unit is built from highly robust materials, with all product-contact surfaces made from 316L stainless steel or Hastelloy®, ensuring long-term durability and performance in even the most demanding sanitary environments.
Models are available both with and without integrated on/off switches.

Wide range of applications
With a maximum operating pressure of over 200 bar and a temperature range from –195°C to +340°C, this sanitary LED light is ideal for use on bioreactors, fermenters, sterilizers, aseptic tanks, freeze dryers, and other closed production systems.
