Fast and efficient sight glass cleaning
Canty sight glasses can be equipped with a cleaning ring—also known as a Jet Spray Ring—that uses a cleaning fluid, compressed air, or other suitable agents to remove dirt, typically product residues and build-up, from the inner surface of the sight glass.
The Jet Spray Ring can be used both for preventive cleaning and for immediate cleaning as needed. It is compatible with a wide range of low-viscosity fluids suited to the specific process. Depending on requirements, the nozzles can deliver air, nitrogen, water, solvents, or conventional cleaning agents.
Broad application range
The Jet Spray Ring is ideal for internal cleaning of sight glasses installed in tanks, reactors, inline mixers, and other closed vessels or containers.
It is available in several variants to meet specific customer requirements—including choice of materials, maximum pressure ratings, ring sizes, and compliance with ANSI and DIN standards.
