The glass is impact-resistant and built to withstand mechanical stress, high temperatures, and pressure variations – without the risk of breakage.
Because the sight glass is shatterproof, there’s no risk of glass fragments contaminating the product, making it fully compliant with strict safety and hygiene standards.
The unit can be quickly dismounted for cleaning and inspection, supporting CIP/SIP protocols and sanitary practices.

Condensation-free versions available
Fuseview sight glasses are also available in a condensation-free version.
An integrated heating element prevents fogging or condensation on the internal surface, ensuring a consistently clear view into the vessel – even in challenging process environments.

Optional integrated LED illumination
As an option, the Fuseview can be supplied with built-in LED lighting.
This eliminates the need for an additional port or connection to mount an external light source. The lighting is fully integrated with the sight glass, forming a single, compact unit that requires only one connection to the tank.

Automatic cleaning with Jet Spray Ring
Fuseview sight glasses can be equipped with an optional jet spray ring.
This cleaning ring features a series of small nozzles that direct high-pressure cleaning solution onto the inner surface of the glass.
This enables effective and hygienic inline cleaning – ideal for applications requiring maximum visibility and cleanliness.
