Large capacity liquid ring vacuum pumps

NASH large capacity liquid ring vacuum pumps deliver powerful, single-stage vacuum and compression performance for heavy-duty applications. The series includes 2BE4, CL, 905, and P2620 models, with capacities from 240 to 39,000 m³/h (140 – 22,000 ACFM) and vacuum levels down to 100 mbar abs. These pumps are ideal for paper machine dewatering, mineral processing, chemical production, power generation, and mining, where durability and reliability are essential.

Flexible 2-in-1 performance
All models can function as both vacuum pump and compressor, eliminating separate equipment and simplifying plant layouts. Pumps are available with flat-sided or variable conical porting for optimized efficiency. Despite their size, these units operate quietly at 72–85 dB(A) and are designed with large inspection ports for straightforward maintenance access.

Rugged design and low maintenance
Based on NASH’s proven classic construction, the pumps tolerate liquids, solids, and aggressive gases. With typically one moving part, they offer low wear, minimal maintenance, and long operating life.

Corrosion-resistant and energy-efficient options
Models such as 2BE4 and P2620 are available with polyisoprene-lined housings for enhanced resistance and reduced energy consumption. Other material options include cast iron, ductile iron, and 316L stainless steel. Mechanical seals are available in addition to standard stuffing box sealing.
