Ecoflow Gear Flow Meters

Alternative to VS
As an economical alternative to the VS volumetric sensor, the VSE EF Ecoflow series features aluminium flow meters that use the same types of gear pairs as the VS series. This ensures both high quality and compatibility with existing systems.

Displacement Principle
EF Ecoflow gear flow meters operate on the same displacement principle as the VS meters. The pulse frequency is proportional to the speed of the measuring unit’s gears, which are driven by the volumetric flow. This measurement method ensures accurate and reliable readings of liquids with varying viscosities. Pulse evaluation is performed using VSE evaluation electronics or any other evaluation system that supports standardized measurement methods.

Ideal for Multiple Purposes
EF Ecoflow gear flow meters are ideal for a wide range of applications, including hydraulics, lubrication systems, spray coatings, and much more. To meet specific needs, the flow meter can optionally be equipped with an integrated programmable LED display. This display can show an analogue output signal (0/4-20 mA or 0-10 V) and allows adjustment of two selectable limit values.
