These heat-resistant cameras are housed in rugged, durable, and thermally insulated enclosures engineered to withstand even the harshest production environments.

Recorded documentation
The camera continuously records the process, and the footage is stored on a hard drive. This allows process operators to monitor the production in real time from a control room screen – or remotely via a tablet on the production floor.
In the event of a production error, saved video recordings can be reviewed to identify the root cause.
In addition, the archived footage serves as documentation of the production process, which can be a valuable asset when reporting to third parties or validating production quality.
The system is widely used in the process industry where high-temperature process control and monitoring are essential.

Custom software prevents production errors
These high-temperature cameras are ideally combined with CantyVision™ – a specialized software developed by Canty, who also supplies the camera hardware.
The software can be tailored to the specific process or application, enabling automated monitoring and control.
Alarms can also be integrated into the system. By defining fixed parameters, the software continuously checks whether the process stays within acceptable limits.
If deviations occur, the operator is notified via email, SMS, or an on-screen alert in the control room. This allows for immediate intervention and correction of the process before a faulty batch is produced.
