Designed for clean steam applications
IMI PBM’s 2-way Clean Steam ball valves are specially developed for use in clean steam environments and applications with temperature fluctuations. The valves feature a three-piece swing-out body design with O-rings that provide complete upstream and downstream sealing. This allows for efficient cleaning, flushing, and draining of the valve body.

Wear compensation and optimized flow control
The unique Adjust-O-Seal® feature enables in-line adjustment of the valve to compensate for seat wear over time. The True-Bore® design ensures that the valve bore matches tubing and hose connections, resulting in optimized flow.

Certifications and testing
The valves are ASME BPE-compliant and can be tested in accordance with API-607, making them suitable for demanding process environments.

Customization and configuration options
To support aseptic CIP/SIP operations, the valves can be supplied with optional purge and condensate ports. Additional options include the patented lockable handle, cavity fillers to minimize dead space, and an extended handle for improved clearance around insulation.

Automation and durability
The stem assembly is designed for actuator mounting, ensuring accurate alignment and extended service life. The valves are also available with a variety of mechanical surface finishes and electropolishing to meet sanitary requirements.
